Planning fees are based on destination, length of travel, and level of support needed. A personalized quote is provided after our initial conversation. To provide the level of care and attention each trip deserves, planning fees are paid upfront and are non-refundable. I work with a limited amount of clients each month so I can thoughtfully plan every experience with intention and care.

Can you work within my budget?
Absolutely. Luxury, to me, is about intention, care, and how your time away feels-not excess. I’ll always be transparent and help you make thoughtful choices that feel right for your budget and your plans.
Do you charge a planning fee?
Planning fees apply to my semi-custom and full-service planning offerings, where more time and guidance are involved. If you already know your destination and hotel, I’m happy to book your stay at no cost through The Hotel Edit-often with preferred partner perks when available.
Do you book flights?
Flights are not included as part of my planning services at this time. My focus is on thoughtfully planning your time away, from selecting the right destination and accommodations to shaping an experience that feels personal and well considered.
What happens after I reach out?
I’ll review your inquiry and follow up personally within 1-2 business days. If it feels like a good fit we’ll schedule our first call and begin planning something special.
